Some of the things I learned: Lethal injection may be painful, most hanging victims choked (only a few hangings successfully ended in a quick broken neck), two-thirds of drowning victims are good swimmers (but struggling to breathe, they don’t call for help), and there is an annual International Symposium on the Definition of Death.
